About Indica Sound System - the BigroomWelcome to the Inferno Big Room! The Inferno podcast that represents what you can expect to hear at Inferno Trance nights, and an exploration of the multi faceted trance sounds of today. Hosted by Inferno's Indica Sound System, who have been dabbling in the various electronic arts for over 15 years, in many guises & with various media........ it will also have regular appearences from other Inferno regulars and special guestmixes. Indica sound system has been the core group behind the many ventures over the years and while at the moment consists of original members, Complex & Darren M, with the assistance of new lad on the block, Lyspy. Over the years, there was also original member & techno guru type T-rev, Lost in Public's Neil Cambridge and one real old skool geezer, Easyrider. Next project in preparation stages is and a sisterhood of Digital Labels covering several genres.....more about this very soon! Expect a new episode every week. About Inferno Ireland: Inferno has been running since october 2004 in Cork City, Ireland and had been happening intermittently until we secured a regular night in An Cruiscin Lan. A small intimate venue which suits what we are doing perfectly, the athmosphere there is electrifying. Primarily set up to alleviate our boredom when the pirate radio station we ran , TechFM, was shut down, Inferno & its spin-off nights as well as the many collaboration events we get involved in, are now like a member of the family, and we couldn't imagine not doing it. We have also ran & participated in events outside cork, like dublin & waterford.
